Owner Handled Best in Show goes to “Duckee”

Congratulations to Lisa Kress-Pope and Nelson Pope on “Duckee”, Eska Creek’s You’Re The One, on being the #3 Ranked Owner Handled Chesapeake Bay Retriever for 2020.

Duckee is a pup of Flint x Lacy from the 2017 litter.

This finish in the top 10 allows Lisa & Duckee to participate in the AKC Owner Handled Finals in December.

Dicca, CH Eska Creek’s Boudicca Queen fo the North RA FDC GCG, attained her Championship at the Cook Inlet Kennel Club in July 2020.

She was also Best of Breed Owner Handler on July 24, 2020, and Best of Breed Owner Handler again on July 26, 2020.

Proud to say that Ms. Lacy has not lost a step post puppies. She is Back in the show ring and Took a 3rd in Group at the Alaska Kennel Club Dog Show yesterday. Thank you to Judge Ms. Nancy E Talbott for the Breed win, and to Ms. Judi Elford for the Group Placement. I was in the Bred By Exhibitor Group with Dicca, so missed the picture
